Handmade fudge, made properly – in small batches, with care, and a whole lot of love.

What began in my family kitchen making birthday cakes for my daughters has grown into something truly special. After a lifetime in catering (and 15 wonderful years managing a local school kitchen), creating food that brings comfort and joy is simply part of who I am.

Every batch of fudge is cooked using traditional methods to give you that perfectly smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture. From classic favourites to indulgent flavour twists, each piece is made to be savoured, shared and enjoyed.

And this is just the beginning…

I’m currently developing a range of handcrafted chocolate bars and chocolate treats to sit alongside my fudge — made with the same attention to detail, quality ingredients and love of all things sweet.

My aim is simple:

To create a warm, welcoming corner of sweetness in our community – where treats feel special, gifting feels thoughtful, and every bite makes you smile.
