Hi, I’m Angela — the face (and hands!) behind the fudge.
I’ve worked in catering for my entire adult life, and for the past 15 years I’ve proudly managed a school kitchen in my local community — a role I truly love. Feeding people has always been more than just a job to me; it’s about care, comfort and connection.
My love of all things sweet began at home, making birthday cakes for my children as they grew up. What started as baking for special family moments slowly became a passion for creating treats that bring joy. I’ve always believed there’s something magical about homemade sweetness — the way it can make someone smile, spark nostalgia, or turn an ordinary day into something special.
This business has grown from that same place — a love of sweet treats, traditional methods, and the happiness that comes from sharing good food. Every batch of fudge is handmade with care, using proper techniques and quality ingredients, because I believe the little details matter.
Behind the scenes, I’m incredibly lucky to have the most supportive husband, who has helped me set up the website and tackled all the technical bits that definitely aren’t my strength! This truly feels like a family adventure.
I’m also very outnumbered at home with three daughters — one of whom has already declared herself my future social media manager. They all take their roles as official “quality control” very seriously (and are more than happy to taste-test every new flavour!).
I feel incredibly lucky to live and work in such a wonderful community, and my hope is to create a little corner of sweetness within it — somewhere that feels warm, welcoming and full of simple indulgence.
