Shipping & Delivery Policy

At The Tiny Sweet Kitchen, we take great pride in handcrafting our fudge and chocolates. To ensure your treats arrive in “just-tempered” perfection, please review our shipping guidelines below.

 Processing & Shipping Schedule

To maintain freshness and avoid our products sitting in warm carrier warehouses over the weekend, we follow a strategic shipping schedule:

  • Orders are processed on: Thursdays & Fridays
  • Shipping Days: We typically ship Saturdays

 Warm Weather Policy (Important!)

Chocolate and fudge are sensitive to heat. During summer months or when shipping to warm climates:

  • Expedited Shipping: We strongly recommend choosing 1st Class if your local temperature exceeds 27°C.
  • Disclaimer: While we do our best to protect your sweets, The Tiny Sweet Kitchen is not responsible for products that melt if they are left outside on a porch after delivery.

 Shipping Rates & Methods

We currently ship via Royal Mail. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • First Class: [1-2] business days.
  • Second Class: [3-5] business days.

 Delivery Notes

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. (Note: Chocolate can melt quickly in metal PO boxes!)
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for melted or spoiled goods due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.

Returns & Damaged Goods

Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged (other than minor heat softening) or if there is a mistake with your order, please contact us at angela@thetinysweetkitchen.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the package. We want to make it right.
