Cancellation Policy

At The Tiny Sweet Kitchen, we work quickly to get your fresh treats out the door. Because our fudge and chocolates are perishable and often made-to-order, we have the following cancellation guidelines:

 Standard Orders

  • Outside of Cooking Days (From Saturday’s Up to 22:00 Tuesday’s) – You may cancel your order for a full refund as this falls outside my cooking days. Wednesdays will be when I source ingredients.
  • After the Window: Once an order has entered the production or shipping phase, we are unable to cancel it or issue a refund.

 Custom & Bulk Orders

  • Advance Notice: Cancellations for custom flavors, personalized packaging, or bulk event orders (e.g., weddings, corporate gifts) must be made at least [7] days prior to the scheduled ship date.
  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Any deposits made for custom work are non-refundable once production or ingredient sourcing has begun.

 Temperature-Related Cancellations

If you realise after ordering that your local weather is too hot for standard shipping, please contact us within [2] hours. We can help you upgrade to expedited shipping or cancel the order before it ships. We cannot cancel an order once it is in transit due to weather concerns.
