Our Salted Caramel Fudge is handmade in small batches using traditional methods, cooked slowly to create that smooth, creamy texture that melts in your mouth. Deep caramel notes run through every bite, finished with a delicate touch of sea salt to enhance the sweetness and give that irresistible sweet-and-salty balance.

It’s indulgent without being overpowering, soft without being sticky, and dangerously moreish.

Production & Dispatch Information

My cooking days are Thursday and Friday (with Wednesday added during busy periods).

All website orders placed outside of these days will be freshly made on the next cooking day and dispatched on Saturday.
Storage Information

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Enjoy before the best before date shown.

Once opened, keep sealed in an airtight container and consume within 5 days for the best freshness and flavour.
