The Tiny Sweet Kitchen is a UK-based handmade confectionery business.

2. Products

All products are handmade in small batches. As a result:

• Appearance may vary slightly from images shown on the website.
• Weight and decoration may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to amend or discontinue products at any time.

3. Food & Allergen Information

Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including:

• Milk
• Eggs
• Wheat (gluten)
• Soya
• Nuts

While we take care to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check ingredient and allergen information before consuming our products.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store or have access to full card details.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

5. Order Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

• A product is unavailable
• There is an error in pricing
• We suspect fraudulent activity

If this occurs, a full refund will be issued.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once the order has been dispatched.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery details are correct at the time of ordering.

7. Perishable Goods

Due to the perishable nature of our fudge and confectionery products:

• We cannot accept returns.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for information regarding damaged or faulty items.

Once delivered, responsibility for appropriate storage transfers to the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, branding, product descriptions and logos — remains the property of The Tiny Sweet Kitchen and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Tiny Sweet Kitchen shall not be liable for:

• Loss resulting from misuse of products
• Issues arising from failure to follow storage guidance
