Refund Policy
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care when packing your fudge and chocolate, but if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email angela@thetinysweetkitchen.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. Please retain the product until we have responded.
Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or replacements without photo proof.
Due to the perishable nature of our fudge and chocolate products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
While we carefully monitor weather conditions and may delay dispatch or upgrade postage where necessary, we cannot take responsibility for melting once your order has been dispatched.
Once your order has been delivered, responsibility for appropriate storage transfers to the customer. Storage guidance is provided with your order.
We are always here to help and want your experience to be as lovely as our products- so please do get in touch if there is an issue.
